[Unit Project 2] How to make a candy color apple jam

 Recently, my mother often taught me various dishes. Among them, I was taught the recipe for apple jam. The jam made with this recipe can also be eaten with apple peels, and everything is delicious! I would like to introduce this recipe to everyone. 

I have two reasons for choosing this recipe. 

First, l just received a lot of apples from my friend's grandparents. So I wanted to cook them with a recipe that uses a lot of apples.

Second, I thought it was recommended for people who are not good at cooking and want to make simple sweets. This recipe has few ingredients to prepare.

This recipe changes color when you use a variety of apples called kogyoku. The color of the jam will be red. The jam looks bright and cute. Especially when you put it in black tea, it looks and tastes very good, and you can easily arrange black tea. The reason why the jam turns red is the apple peel that is put together. If you use kogyoku to make jam, please enjoy the way the apples turn red.

[Ingredients]

・Apple: 4

・Sugar: apple amount 25% grams 

・Lemon Juice: 1 lemon cc

[Procedure]

1. Wash 4 Apples, peel them and put this apple peel in a small bowl

2. Cut an apple into 0.5 to 1 cm cubes and put a large bowl

3. Measure the sugar and put it in a bowl with an apple.

4. Mix with apples until the sugar melts

5.  Cut a lemon in half and put apple peel in a large pot 

6. Squeeze the lemon and put apples in a large pot

7. Put a large pot over medium heat

8. Mix from time to time and cook the whole

9. When it boils into a candy color, turn off the heat and cool for a while

10. Put jam in a container

When mixing apples in a pot, if you mix too much, the apples will lose shape, so please be careful. If you don't want to eat apple peel, you can remove it from the recipe. Be sure to use this recipe to make jam!
